the following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • custom or personalized orders

  • we gladly accept exchanges on all non sale and non-holiday items. 
steps for exchange
  • just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
  • ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
  • request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

conditions of return:
  • buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • we accept all major credit cards. 
shipping
  • we ship via USPS first class mail unless you upgrade to priority shipping... Generally takes 5-7 days once post office receives package.
liability
  • we cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages once they leave our shop. You do have the option to purchase insurance. If an items is showing delivered we are not responsible to ship another item. If your package is shown delivered please contact usps, and check with neighbors. 
incorrect shipping infomation-
  • shipping addresses need to be entered correctly at checkout, we will not be liable for packages going to the address that are entered incorrectly. Please make sure to double check all shipping addresses before purchasing.****

exchange policy

  • unlike most online stores that have a strict final sale policy, we do accept exchanges as long as the item that was purchased was not a sale item as long as it is returned to us within 20 days from the date received by the customer. We do not offer refunds.

custom and personalized orders

  • due to the fact that we use use authentic silkscreen methods, we do not offer custom ink color changes due to the fact that it slows down production. With the exception of wholesale, we do not offer customized design.

care instructions

  • we would recommend for all of our garments to be washed & dried in a gentle cycle.

sizing details

  • each line has a different fit and cut, thus making is SO important to refer to the size chart in the photo section of each listing.
